the hair came in good condition packaged well the only thing was it said 15 strands and I also asked the seller if that was correct but came with 13 but the hair is soft it has the stuff ness to it meningitis stable won't u ravel don't have a smell not shiny it looks natural I just started my hair yesterday when I received it not done but here's a picture.
